Dear parents,
Does your child have a food allergy or intolerance?
We are launching a short anonymous questionnaire to identify the number of pupils affected at the European School in Uccle.
The questionnaire is aimed at all parents, regardless of the section and age of their children, even if your children are not registered for the canteen.
This information will help us to better understand the situation at our school and to consider possible areas for improvement, while taking into account the constraints of school catering.
We also invite class representatives from the different sections in Uccle to pass this questionnaire on to other parents, in order to reach as many families as possible and obtain the most comprehensive overview possible.
⚠️ IMPORTANT : This survey does not imply that the canteen will be able to adapt meals or cater for allergies, due to significant logistical and health constraints. Thank you for your understanding.
